Shipping policy

Shipping is carried out international by Post AG Austria.

Usually, we dispatch within one working week. In rare cases, it may take 5-10 business days for us to dispatch your order.

Shipping Austria

The flat shipping fee for Austria is EUR 4.99 – including packaging.
For orders over EUR 150, shipping and packaging are free.

Shipping Germany

The flat shipping fee for Germany is EUR 9.50 – including packaging.
For orders over EUR 150, shipping and packaging are free.

Shipping Europe

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the delivery and will be displayed after entering the shipping address in the checkout.


International Shipping:

The shipping costs will be displayed after entering the shipping address in the checkout.
We ship outside the European Union only up to a value of goods of 800€ per shipment.
