In accordance with battery regulations, we remind you that fully discharged batteries must be disposed of at designated collection points. Batteries purchased from us can also be returned to us, and we will ensure proper disposal on your behalf.

Return of Electrical and Electronic Devices

As required by law, we as a manufacturer accept the return of electrical and electronic devices we have sold when they are no longer usable. The aim is to dispose of these devices in an environmentally friendly manner and to recycle valuable resources.

How Does the Return Work?

Return to a Collection Point:
The return of used devices and batteries is only possible after prior notification and confirmation via email at shop(@)knives(.)com. Batteries must be fully discharged before return. Returns can be made to the following address:

Return via Shipping:
Used devices and batteries can also be sent to our collection point at your own expense. Batteries must be fully discharged before shipping. Please ensure sufficient postage when sending devices or batteries to the following address:

Environmentally Friendly Disposal

All returned devices and batteries are properly recycled or disposed of to protect the environment and recover valuable raw materials.
