Refund policy

You can, as a consumer according to the Consumer Protection Act, withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner. Please note: Packages sent without postage will not be accepted. Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of returns: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer!

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received on both sides are to be returned and any benefits (e.g., usage advantages) derived from them are to be surrendered. If you cannot return or surrender the received service as well as benefits (e.g., usage advantages) in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation to this extent. You only have to provide compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived, insofar as the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond testing its properties and functionality.

"Testing its properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store, for example.

You have to bear the cost of return shipping if the delivered goods correspond to the ones ordered. Packages returned to us without postage will not be accepted!

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us with their receipt."
